Setting up a blog with Blogger.com is a quick and easy way to get yourself out there. You put up posts, have ads, and have fun with a blog. Blogger supports Google Adsense, as it IS a Google product, so there is a bit of profit!
Setting Up Your Blog

First of all, you need to go to the Blogger.com homepage.

On the bottom right hand page, there will be a big orange button labeled ’Create Your Blog Now’. (Note, if you already have a Google Mail(Gmail) account, just login at the top.)

After you make an account, you will be moved to the ’Name your blog’ page. This is where you pick what the URL will be.s you want, but make sure you post to them all!


Make sure the URL has something to do with what you are going to write about!

After you pick what the blogs name is, you pick what template you want to use. There are 12, and you can change them at any time.

You can make a post about ANYTHING, but make sure it is related to the name of your blog. If your blog URL is ’http://enemyterritoryfans.blogspot.com’ then make sure that the posts have SOMETHING to do with the title.

Making Money From Adsense



If you want to put Adsense ads in, you can go to the Template tab, and click on the ’Edit HTML’ and put the script from Google right into your layout. You can also ad it using the ’Page Elements’ section. Make sure you only have 3 Adsense ads PER page though. It gets a little hairy if you add more. They don’t seem to want to take.

Conclusion
I don’t make all that much money using Adsense, but I DO make enough to cover all my costs of online stuff, and a little profit.

If you do this a ton, work at it a bit, you WILL make money using Google Adsense.

GOOGLE TRYING TO GET ACQUISITION OF DOUBLECLICK

Google Will become the single biggest guardian of Internet(Googlenet lolz)user search and browsing History of U yes al the sites u visited ur mom might not know but google will imagine all those ahmm questionable sites u visited the list will go to google everytime u visit any site this will happen if Google acquires DoubleClick.
The Electronic Privacy Information Center filed a complaint with the FTC which must approve this deal else google will face a rare setback.
The FTC is taking this google threat seriously requesting detailed information from google and DoubleClick.
Meanwhile Google`s faq page says this Acquisition of DoubleClick will improve the privacy of users well i highly doubt that and this will become clearer in the future with Google`s imminent acquisition of DoubleClick.

Installing Windows XP on Mac in 5 easy steps

Apple Boot Camp lets you install Windows XP on a Macintosh Computer using the original Microsoft Windows XP installation CD with the product key. After installation, you can start up you Macintosh using either Windows XP or Mac OS X.

Here are the steps required to install Windows XP on a Mac:

Step 1: Download Mac OS X v10.4.6 (or later) and latest firmware update from Macintosh Apple Download website.

Step 2: Run the Boot Camp Assistant to create a Macintosh Drivers CD or DVD for ur mac.

Step 3: Create a new hard-disk partition (minimum size, 5GB) to make room for Windows XP. All the software and data on the original Mac partition stays intact.

Step 4: Insert your Windows XP CD and start the XP installation. Select Partition C: and format the partition using either NTFS or FAT file formats. Though NTFS is more secure than FAT, you won't be able to write or save files to the Windows volume from Mac OS X.

Step 5. Once XP install process is complete, Boot Camp will restart your system in Windows XP automatically. Now is the turn to install Mac Drivers from the Macintosh Drivers CD that you created in Step 2. Restart.

This is an optional step. You can change the Startup Disk preferences page to choose which OS to boot by default. The default OS can also been changed from Windows Control Panel - Performance and Maintenance - Startup Disk.Change the Operating system and Restart.

At startup, hold down the option key (alt) to choose between Mac OS X and Windows.
